Kate is a talent design strategist turned executive recruiter with deep experience scaling design, product, and brand teams. She speaks the language of creative leadership — from portfolio to P&L — and brings empathy, clarity, and speed to every engagement.
Before founding Hive, Kate spent 15+ years inside agencies and in-house orgs leading high-impact hiring. She started Hive to build the kind of partner she always wished existed — one that blends rigor with heart, and shows up like a true extension of your team.
